Full kitchen, granite counter tops, a large, walk-in shower. Vaulted ceiling with beams. The entire inside has been renovated and a separate bedroom has been added. Kitchen is fully equipped. BBQ grill, Keurig and drip coffee maker provided. Streaming channels are available thru Roku. Located on a large, private lot in town. Two short blocks to Grand Marais Bay and downtown; just a few minutes' walk to Lake Superior and Agate Beach. The space The Garden Cottage is on a separate entrance road and has a designated off-road parking area by the cottage. The cottage is completely private, surrounded by gardens, lawn and woods. You can walk the grounds and enjoy all the gardens. The covered porch, overlooking a large garden, is a quiet place for morning coffee or an evening meal. A visitors' guidebook in the house provides information about Grand Marais' restaurants, grocery shopping and sightseeing in town and in Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. It is an excellent resource book. You can explore all of Picture Rocks from the cottage. Nothing in the Park is more than an hour away; some beautiful spots are just minutes outside of Grand Marais.
