Welcome to Sunrise Villa. We have built this beautiful house for our family with a lot of love and care. The view from the house is outstanding and relaxing. Wake up early morning and you going to see the birth of a new day in the Aegean sea. The fresh sea wind and the sounds of the fishing boats create the most relaxing experience even with your eyes close. The space The house is located in the Northeast part of the island 90 meters from the Gyrismata beach. It is a 2-floor house with a 400 s.m grass garden and a stone BBQ area. On the ground floor, you can find the Kitchen the living room, the dining area, the small bathroom, and the washing machine storage room. Outside you have a large outdoor dining table next to the BBQ. You can find the 3 bedrooms with King size beds and a beautiful cozy bathroom on the second floor. Outside on the main balcony, the view is breathtaking and you can relax with a coffee or a glass of wine in a comfortable sitting room. Guest access The beach of Molos is just 1000 meters away with restaurants, beach bar, a convenience store, and the bus stop only 5 minutes walk will meet most needs of the visitor.
