A wood fired stove creates a warm and cosy lounge space to relax & unwind in. Free parking makes access simple with an EV charger. The main bedroom can be set up as a twin or a double bed. The space Cosy open plan lounge and kitchen space with exposed beams. A brand new bathroom and freshly built outside private decking area for catching rays and having barbecues - a great space for kids and dogs to play safely, or to just relax on and watch the sheep and cattle in the fields just next door. There is an outside tap and shower where wetsuits can be washed and hung up, perfect for the enthusiastic beach goers, dog walkers and surfers. Guest access Guests can use the whole ground floor. The attic mezzanine above is no longer available to stay in due to storage requirements. Other things to note If you stayed here previously you would have had access to the little mezzanine above, this is now being used for storage so it is now just a 1 bedroom property:)
