Dock (no hoists) is installed from Memorial Day to end of September. Use of 2 Kayaks, a paddle boat and dinghy available for our guests. Entire house Available 24/7 via text or phone for any questions It’s a quiet friendly neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm during week and 11pm on weekends. Absolutely NO PARTIES outside of the people staying at the house.
