Malvern Cottage is a rustic, semi detached farmhouse style cottage with original art work and driftwood features throughout. It is located in the sought after hamlet of Rose, just a mile from Perranporth and a short walk to Perran Sands dunes . Situated halfway between Truro & Newquay (both 8 miles away), it also has close access to the A30 and all the attractions that Cornwall has to offer. The cottage is unsuitable for people with restricted mobility. The space Upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms including the main king size bedroom and a double bedroom, with a bathroom between them. The bathroom has a toilet and a shower in the bath. There is also another small box single bedroom behind the double bedroom (walk through double bedroom to get to the single room). Downstairs is a large kitchen with an ornamental rayburn, leading into a farmhouse style dining room and a cosy lounge room with an ornamental fire place. There is also a conservatory overlooking a safe, secure and private south facing garden, which catches the sun right throughout the day. There is off road parking for 2 cars. The cottage is unsuitable for people with restricted mobility. Guest access Guests have the entire front part of the house and all the areas described above. Sole use of garden Other things to note RNLI Lifeguards patrol both Perranporth, Perran Sands and Holywell Bay the 3 nearest beaches between mid May till the end of September from 10am - 6pm daily. During the Summer School Holidays this is extended to 7pm. Also at Perranporth there is a Lifeguard Service during Easter & October 1/2 term School Holidays, plus weekends between Easter and May in addition to October weekends up to & including 1/2 term. ALWAYS SWIM BETWEEN THE FLAGS on whichever beach you choose. All other times if there are No Flags there are No Lifeguards so please use caution.
