Cottage with indoor pool in Cernay, large enclosed garden

The 50 m² cottage has a 30 m² veranda with direct access to the indoor pool (heated to 27°C from early May to late September). pool not accessible from November to early April. NON-SMOKING gîte Quiet, in a 3000 m² garden, you will still be close to all amenities (hypermarket less than 1 km away) Cleaning is not included (€50 extra charge) Towels and bed linens are not included (€10/person). Please let us know if you'd like to rent them. The space The accommodation consists of - 1 bedroom with 1 large double bed (160 x 200) + pull-out bed (= 2 single beds 80 x 190) - a living room with a sofa bed (140 X 190) note: a pull-out bed = 1 single bed with another single bed tucked underneath. The single bed underneath can be moved into the living room if needed. Guest access The veranda is part of the accommodation. The pool is shared with the owners. Swimming is not private. In the garden, there are 2 swings, a slide and a 4.3 m diameter trampoline. Other things to note The accommodation is non-smoking. Dogs are accepted after discussion with the tenant about the number and sociability of the animal. Dogs should not be left unattended in the accommodation in the absence of the owner. We have a 7-year-old female Labrador who is very sociable with animals, kind to both adults and children. She is very playful and walks freely in the garden. The pool is covered and heated from early May to late September (27°C). It is usually 30°C in July and August. It can be heated on request in April or October for €50.
