Come stay with us in small town Sneedville, TN in a fully equipped comforting & cozy cottage. Our place is close to the Clinch River & a hidden gem waterfall known as Elrod Falls near by. You’ll love Cody Hollow for its outdoor spaces, the views, the location, & the ambiance. WIFI throughout the cottage. We are in a secluded area of mountains so cell phone reception is spotty depending on your carrier. The space Our cottage has three bedrooms, one Full sized bathroom. One King size bed, one Queen size bed, & one Full bed. As well as 2 full size couches and air mattress if needed! 43' inch smart TV including cable and the ability to sign into your own favorite streaming apps. WiFi included throughout entire cottage 2nd Tv is large and has a DVD player with a few DVDs for your convenience. Guest access Be sure to plan your route ahead of time as GPS or cell service coming up to the area is not always great or reliable. The roads once you get to the property leading to the cottage are gravel roads please drive safe & slow. The cottage will be open & ready for your stay upon arrival! Other things to note The cottage is fully equipped. We offer many included amenities; Wireless internet throughout the cottage. Desk for working, gaming or enjoy the high speed internet (Bring you computer enjoy a wifi or corded connection). 43" Smart TV, you can sign into your favorite streaming apps. 42" 1040 tv with dvd player and some dvds in the Livingroom. Dart board, fire pit, covered swing and sturdy picnic table, feeding the fish or seeing the many kinds of frogs are a just a few of the fun outdoor activities. *Charcoal BBQ - Don't forget to bring your charcoal or you can take a quick trip to town to get some at any store. We try to make this a Cottage home away from home. Makes for easy packing and a wonderful stay at your Cody Hollow Experience. We want each stay whether it is a few nights, weeks or months to feel welcoming and at home. *We are a dry county so if you would like a cocktail, glass of wine or beer in the serene secluded Mountains be sure to plan ahead! *Smoking is allowed outside only. *If you are staying for a special occasion, please let us know so we can have it setup with those extra touches at no extra cost. Approximately 24 hrs before your stay you will receive detailed instructions under "check in instructions" and pictures of how to arrive at your Cody Hollow Stay (most GPS does not work here) . If you are booking during winter I do like to keep in touch to make sure the weather is smooth and safe for your arrival. Cody Hollow is a short scenic 15 minute drive from Sneedville to a secluded large property. We do allow up to 3 dogs/pets or please request if more. $25 cash or $30 through Airbnb per dog/pet - per stay cleaning fee. ****Let us know at time of booking any and all pets you will be bring on there property.**** No Leashes needed on property. Tons of space for pups of all sizes. Please pick up after your pets droppings (We provide waste removal bags, dog beds, and water/food dish included with your pets $25 cleaning fee). We have a German Shepard that loves dogs of all sizes as well as people. However we do keep him up at the house with us, unless requested for dogs to play and learn to socialize. $25 Fee is collected through Air BnB or Cash at check in for your pet/s. Please send a message with what payment method you would like and pets AT TIME OF BOOKING. Thank you. *** While the entire cottage is for your private stay, we do require that apon booking enter the amount of guests staying the night/s 9pm and after. If you forget at arrival we will REQUEST THROUGH AIRBNB for any unaccounted guests staying any nights. (DUE TO RECENT EXPERIENCES & FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES THIS WILL BE ENFORCED).
