Our mid-century home (Clean & Sanitized) is in the beautiful quiet tree lined neighborhood of Oak Grove, Oregon. Spacious 1200 sq/ft daylight basement apartment, with 1 bedroom, living-room, full kitchen & big windows, in a quiet and desirable suburb of Portland. Park in our driveway & enter through your own gate at the back of the house. The Trolley Trail bike/hike trail is across the street from our front door. This apartment is equipped with a four-burner stove, oven, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, convection oven, electric kettle, slow-cooker, espresso machine, full size washer/dryer available if needed. The bathroom is tiled with tub/shower, and necessities included. The bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, mirrored closet and desk. Streaming TV services include YouTubeTV, Netflix, HBO MAX, and HULU. If you want to log into your own service we've got a Roku that will allow just about any service. We also have extremely high-speed Wi-Fi (1Gbps), so if you plan to "work from home" while staying here, you'll have plenty of bandwidth for video conferencing. Additionally, there is a twin-sized futon bed in a common area to accommodate a third guest. We provide complimentary fresh ground gourmet coffee, tea, sugar, creamer and a Brita water filter. In the Bathroom you will find shampoo, conditioner, soap, and more. Our washer and dryer are available for $5/load for our longer-term guests. Please message us through the AirBnb app to make arrangements. You will have your own door and patio area at the back of the house, and access to the entire floor of the house. We will do our best to accommodate any reasonable request. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, and the MAX light-rail to Portland and even the airport. Quiet, tree-lined, and safe neighborhood. Voo Doo Donuts, a Portland icon, just opened up less than a mile from our place. Check out the Trolley Trial, a 6-mile bike/hike trail. If you are a biker or hiker this is an awesome location. Across the street from the Trolley Trail (hike and bike), very close to the MAX light-rail service to Portland. Willamette River and several parks/hiking/jogging trails in the neighborhood. Walking distance to shopping and dining. Very close to Sellwood and Eastmoreland, as well as a short distance to Lake Oswego, Downtown Portland, Wilsonville, Tigard, Tualatin, Milwaukie, Gladstone, and Oregon City. Only registered guests are allowed in the AirBnb but if you'd like to have family or friends over please let us know of your plans. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age: Cabinets are not secured with locking mechanisms, toxic cleaning supplies are at ground level in the kitchen and hall closet, and we've got several glass tables. We also have art objects that enhance the aesthetic of the space that could be harmful to little one's. Laundry - If you are interested in having your laundry done while staying with us, there is a $5 charge per load for wash and dry. We live on the premises so if there is anything you need during your stay we are close by.
