Cozy Private Cottage Near The Beach

Our place is close to beaches, restaurants and dining, parks, downtown Ocean City, the West Ocean City harbor, great views, Assateague, shopping, and public transportation. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers. To book, guests must be at least 21 years of age. Thanks! The space This cozy cottage guesthouse among the trees is very private, yet close to everything Ocean City has to offer. It's a scenic 2 mile bike ride to the beach and boardwalk. The newly renovated cottage has one main living area with a kitchenette including a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig w/ coffee, induction cooktop, convection toaster oven (upon request), and sink. The spacious bedroom has a designer queen size bed (linens provided), table and chairs that also double as a workspace, a flatscreen tv, lots of shelving for storage, and a walk-in closet. The private bathroom with shower has been completely redone recently. We provide fresh towels, a hair dryer, toilet paper, soaps, and a variety of other complimentary toiletries. Guest access Guests have full access to the interior space and the small surrounding yard. Other things to note *Guests at least 21 years of age to book please*. We have two family dogs on the other side of the property (fenced in yard). Some neighbors also have dogs, cats, and little kids. Dogs bark sometimes. Kids play. But nighttime is very quiet and peaceful. ***If you have recently dyed your hair blue or pink or any other color that may stain fabric, or you have gotten a spray tan just before travel, PLEASE bring your own sheets and towels.
