On the ground floor, one can see the living room area and the master bedroom (with its own en-suite walk-in shower) and on the 1st floor we have the second bedroom (with its own en-suite walk-in shower) and the open-plan kitchenette and dining area with a balcony overlooking the sea. The real view is however, from the roof garden and one can have beautiful sunsets and views as far as the island of Thodorou . The house is ONLY suitable for children over 8 years old due to the staircase and roof terrace balustrade. The house has an EOT licence from the Greek National Tourist Organisation (MHTE number available on request). Guest access The house is very near to all amenities and facilities and within a short walk to Nea Hora sandy beach (about 10 minutes' walk). There is a free car parking area nearby, available on a first come, first served basis. Other things to note The house is only suitable for children over 8 years old due to the staircase and roof terrace balustrade.
