A quiet, charming, and good-sized studio with excellent location close to downtown Berkeley. You have your own private entrance through a small garden, a large table, a couch, a small kitchenette and bathroom. You will climb a ladder to reach the sleeping loft with a Full-sized mattress and some extra space. (Please do note that this may not be suitable for people with limited mobility and/or older adults.) We can also convert the couch to a Queen-sized bed for you. The space This is a studio plus sleeping loft. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker, water heater, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, and a one-plate induction cooktop, and of course plates, glasses, cups, silverware etc. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and small sink. Guest access There is a small outside area with two chairs and a table that are available to use. A parking spot for your car is available as well (please let us know if you need this when booking) Other things to note - Due to COVID19, we require our guests to wear a face mask while on the property. Not required when inside, but when coming or leaving - To reach the sleeping loft, you will have to climb a ladder. Therefore this is not suited for people with limited mobility and/or older adults. Alternatively, you can also use the couch bed downstairs. - The kitchenette has the basics. It works great for things like making coffee/tea/toast, warming up food in the microwave, boiling water, etc.. But it does not have an exhaust hood. So we do not recommend to use it for frying anything, as it will leave a smell in the room. If you will need to cook a lot, this is unfortunately not the right place. - No extra guest on top of the number of guests booked.
