A lovely three story clean family home in WORTHING, very spacious with FREE parking for one car at a time at the front of our home. FREE street parking is sometimes available as well. Located just one street away from the sea front and 10 to 15mins walk to the centre of town where you can get easy access to restuarants,stores and the post office etc. NOTE : TWO SEPARATE ROOMS IN THE SAME HOUSE, AS THE SITE IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO LIST MORE THAN ONE ROOM AT A TIME. I LISTED IT LIKE THAT SO FAMILIES OR FRIENDS OF THREE OR FOUR CAN ALL STAY TOGETHER UNDER ONE BOOKING. Three months old on airbnb. The space A large 3 story detached red brick house. Two bedrooms are available and are located on the first floor. Our tv room is on the ground floor which you are more than welcome to use. The queen size bedroom has an en suite and the single bedroom has a seperate private bathroom. The kitchen is at the back of the house on the ground floor. You are welcome to use it to make tea or to reheat food in the microwave. Fresh bean to cup coffee also available. Stove is not available. The tiny tap in the kitchen is for drinking water as its filtered. Free off street parking at the front of our home for one car. Free street parking when available as well. Its also (Thirty five pounds per room but it can go up or down based on demands ) as the site is not allowing me to state this clearly. Guest access kitchen for tea,coffee,fridge or microwave, and dining room. During your stay You can reach me via a phone call, text message or just call out to me if i am at home if you need me :) to help with your needs or any possible concerns. Other than that your time is your own :) I may not always see you at check out . Thank you. Other things to note Please leave ALL SHOES at the bottom of the stairs by the front door. Rooms that are not listed on here are off limits. Its also (thirty five pounds per room ) as the site is not allowing me to state this clearly. But it goes up and down depending on demand.
