The villa is near Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Pisa, Tuscan beautiful towns you can reach within an easy drive or by train.The guests of the villa have access to the swimming pool (not exclusive of the house) that is nearby. The space This characteristic property sits on its own peak in the Chianti countryside and is surrounded by extensive scenery. Sleeps 6 : 3 bedrooms (one twin bedded, one double or twin bedded and 1 double bedded), 2 bathrooms, sitting room with sofa divan, dining room with fireplace, small kitchen having cooker, oven, fridge, a stone terrace off the dining rom overlooking the garden with acacia trees and lilac bushes. We provide a wifi pocket-key for internet in the house and you can join an open area at the reception with free wifi. Guest access You rent the whole Villa, that is in total privacy. You need a car to stay here. The swimming pool is easily reachable also by car through our private road (600 mt). Other things to note The pretty village of Incisa is nearby for immediate shopping and from this perfect location, the centre of Florence is only 23 kms away (fashion factory outlets 1km). The renowned cities of Arezzo and Siena are both within an easy drive. Incisa is idyllic for exploring the beautiful countryside and many centuries old, historical towns.
