Quinta Barqueiros D'Ouro is a family farm in the heart of the Douro, surrounded by vineyards and with a privileged view over the Douro River. With a winery that is over 150 years old, we preserve the tradition and family spirit of wine production. On the farm, you can enjoy visits to the winery, tastings of our wines, and organized half-day tours of farms in the Douro and Vinho Verde regions. An authentic experience to get to know the region, its wines and traditions. The space Casa do Povo is part of a group of houses located in Quinta Barqueiros D'Ouro, in Barqueiros, in the Douro Wine Region. Taking advantage of the prime location and view, guests are in constant contact with the river and the vineyard. The independent house has a common room with exposed stone walls, equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, TV, Wi-Fi and comfortable sofas. Come and visit a traditional Douro Quinta! Other things to note At the reception, a welcome basket will be provided, with the essential products for the first breakfast, a house manual with various suggestions of what to do in the Region. We also offer private half-day tours with a guide fluent in English in a classic Land Rover Discovery, where we take you to several estates for wine tastings and visits to wineries.
