Spectacular lake and mountain views!!!

Perched on the hill above Lake Wakatipu and with uninterrupted views over the Remarkable Mountains, this is your home away from home. Only 3.5 kms from downtown Queenstown and yet away from the hustle and bustle. Centrally located between both local ski fields being 7.5Kms to the base of The Remarkables and 11Kms to the base of Coronet Peak. There is a popular restaurant/cafe a short walk away. The space We built our house originally as our small family home. So we can certainly confirm that it is a lovely space to be. Sunny and light in summer and cosy and warm in winter, with expansive views out almost every window. The house can sleep 6 but is best suited for up to 4 adults or a family. It comprises of 2 double bedrooms with king beds, both with views out over the lake and mountains. The third room is a small bunk-room with two single beds. Open plan living and dining opens out onto the deck overlooking the lake with an outdoor table and BBQ. The couch in front of the log fire is a cosy spot for winter days. A galley kitchen is fully equipped for cooking/baking. Tea and coffee and basic ingredients (spices/oils etc) are supplied. The bathroom has a walk in shower and includes a laundry with washing machine and dryer. The house is easy to heat and as well as the log burner, has a heat pump in the lounge for heating and/or cooling and heaters in every bedroom. We have a TV screen with NZ freeview television and a house Netflix account. You can also connect to your own media apps via the ‘SmartVu’ system. . A sound bar allows you to play your own music from your device. There is a selection of games and books. The house is family friendly and is gated from the road. There is baby and children seating supplied, a baby bath, a selection of toys and a portacot available on request. We welcome enquiries regarding anything else you may need to make your stay enjoyable. Guest access You will have the entire property to yourselves. There are two off street carparks for your use and more parking on the road.
