Private access and parking exist just outside the entry door. The guest house has its own yard area on the north side of the house with a fire pit, picnic table, and grill. Guest access The owner also has access to the space below the apartment, a small commercial kitchen used primarily for making kombucha. This room has a separate entrance and is seldom used when guests are staying. Other things to note The house is nestled on a woodlot surrounded by forest - it is therefore not uncommon to see wildlife from the windows and occasional bugs as are typical in Maine woods and houses.
