The space Silk Sky Serviced Apartment Jln KB 2/15 Kampung baharu balakong,43200 seri kembangan. -Three type of interior design available here for the soho/studio unit in this SILK SKY APARTMENT. -On 10th floor which has a garden/balcony that can walk to pools and other facilities like gym,sauna and steam rooms.It is just behind the door. -Pool view -Netflix, android box is provided. -This apartment can sleep up to 4 guest with 2 guest sleep on the queen bed and other 2 guest sleep on the sofa bed and floor mattress. -One might be able to get some pretty scenic views from the sky garden on top of the building. (33th floor) Guest access Facilities: *Sky lounge at roof top *Gym room *Infinity swimming pool *Wading pools *Sauna room *Steam room *Kids play ground *1 parking lot Homestay is different from hotel, hosts keep the stuffs that they think where it should be in the house,hope you understand and homestay doesn't have a 24 hours front desk to help you,and host might not staying nearby the homestay(but always ready to help).You need to be independent,find out the way yourself if you can.(Btw,for now,I have 2 workers who staying there helping me if guest need anything,I am lucky.Thanks to them). ⚠️Stained towel, bedsheet and quilt cover will be charged. So dear guest,pls take good care of the linen when you using it.Towel RM30, Bedsheet RM80,quilt cover RM100🙏💟🤝💲 ⚠️ RM50 penalty for smoking inside the apartment. (Extra cleaning needed) Other things to note *Remarks* -Few decorative items are for photo shooting only,it may not in the unit. -TV box with Netflix app and youtube app is provided. -Cookware : 1 frying pan,1 saucepan Tableware : 2 plate, 2 bowl,2folkspoon,2 cup,2 wine glass. *No cooking ingredients. *Toilet paper is not provided for long term stay.No water filter. -This apartment can sleep up to 3 guest with 2 guest sleep on the queen bed and the other guest sleep single floor mattress.Extra mattress may need early arrangement,pls remind us by message. -We do not charge extra for the third guest,so we only provide normal quality matress and pillow,no blanket/comforter.(*We will charge u rm20 if u request extra comforter) -Guest is entitled to hold one access card and one set of key，extra card need rm50 deposit. ⚠️Release car clamped for illegal parking is RM100.⛔ ⚠️Penalty for against the building rules is RM200.(Example: Smoking/vape/carry pet/litter in the lift and building compound) -Only one free parking lot provided.If u need Visitor parking,u need to register at guard house,they will give u a visitor pass and parking no. *Parking outside the building (Shop lot area )only until 11pm,park after 11pm car will be clamped.* -For monthly stay, pls msg host to enquiry abt the availability or better option,we have many unit there. *Early check in is depend on availability.We can only know it one night before your date of staying.Pls make an enquiry again one night before your stay. *If guest check out on time at 12pm,the earliest check in time can be at 1pm if no emergency,pls remind your host again abt your early check in on the day u check in. There is an extra charge of RM5/hour for early check in.RM10 for late check out of first 2 hours,after 2 hours,we charge rm20/hour (Last min booking which under Promotion rate only can check in after 3pm and check out at 12pm.) *Important Note* 1) For monthly stay,guest is required to pay a rm500 deposit upon check in,this is to protect us. 2) Extra Cleaning fee will be charged if the house is over messy. **For those who make last minute booking,pls Whatsapp call Jess if u can't reach Jess by normal call as there is no telco signal sometimes in our area or when I am oversea . Tel:+6017-9320109 *For those first time booking at Airbnb or no reviews can be referred,guests are required to pay a (**RM200 security deposit**) as we found out some of them take the advantage of Airbnb "No deposit" benefits,they steal things,not return key,destroy the house,after they got a bad review they create another NEW Airbnb again.Hope you understand,RM200 deposit is just enough for the cost of the key and access card only,not much. *Touch n go parking is available at basement ⚠️Once checked in strictly no refund or cancellation.(as we found out some ppl purposely do that for some reasons.) ❤️How To Be The Perfect Airbnb Guest❤️ * Clear the rubbish into dust bin. *Throw the rubbish to trash room if it is smell. *Wash the dirty dishes. *Tell the host if any damage/faulty. *Keep thing in original place. *Check out on time. *Inform early for late check out. *Inform the host after you have check in or check out
