Welcome to Haus Andreas! In the heart of Kitzbühel, our comfortable apartment offers you the perfect location for skiing, shopping, strolling, tennis or golf (all within walking distance). The space Haus Andreas is located in the heart of Kitzbühel, in a garden surrounded by thujas with a large lawn. The apartment has a large covered terrace with a seating area and deck chairs. The apartment itself is geared towards comfort and coziness. Particularly noteworthy are the large bed with extra headrests for reading, a large leather sofa with seating area, large wardrobe and chest of drawers, a shower toilet with hot water, shower and additional bathtub, a fridge and a large freezer, large dishwasher and induction stove with oven. The room temperature can be adjusted throughout the apartment with a controller (underfloor heating). Guest access The apartment has its own entrance and is directly accessible via the carport. Inside the entrance, you can safely park your skis or bikes. Other things to note In addition to your payment on Airbnb, a local tax of €1.80 per person per night is payable.
