Private bathroom, kitchen & bedroom +2bicycles

You will enjoy a full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. 2 bicycles included in the price (to borrow). We will provide towels and basic cooking essentials. The house is based in a very quiet area but still with easy access to the centre of town and to science Park. Cambridge North railway station is less than a mile away. We always clean properly however the property has old wooden floors which may look a bit shabby. The annexe was built in the 90s. The space The annexe has a separate entrance however we may cross paths sometimes. We also use the same washing machine which is not inside your apartment. We won’t access your private kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Guest access Washroom - shared by us and yourselves The bathroom, bedroom and bathroom are completely private Other things to note We will always clean the following: - Kitchen tops and sink - toilet, shower box and basin - change bed sheets and provide new towels - general dusting - floor will be hoovered then mopped with bleach and floor cleaner
