very nice new timber frame house at the gates of Aix les bains 2 km from the city center, 3 km from the lake, and close to the Revard resort. Quiet and surrounded by nature, not overlooked, very nice unobstructed view to the south and west, a large living room, nice bathroom on the ground floor, a small one upstairs and three equipped bedrooms, a large living room. View of the Revard, the Dent du Chat, the Granier. Beautiful terrace with garden furniture but without guardrails. Parking in front of the house. Wood stove. The space A small haven of peace a stone's throw from Aix les Bains, already in the middle of nature. Superb view of the Dent du Chat and the Revard. Ideal sunshine. The house is close to the revard and its cross-country ski resort, it is ideal for winter holidays, because the atmosphere is really warm with the wood stove that purrs giving the house a chalet feel while being a stone's throw from Aix les bains. Guest access access to the whole house except one bedroom where personal belongings are located. Other things to note I don't allow pets in the house.
