Guest suite in Marietta

This is a clean and well furnished Guest Suite/Basement part of the house. It is completely private and secluded with its own living room, a bedroom, a full bathroom, with a shared kitchen (with the host) on the main level. Location is a very quiet upscale neighborhood, about 15-20 minutes drive from downtown Atlanta & 25-30 minutes drive from the airport and about 5 minutes from The Braves stadium. People from all backgrounds and walks of life are respectfully welcome in my home. The space Its a one bedroom fully furnished private and secluded Guest Suite/basement part of the house. It comes with its own Living room, Bedroom, a full bathroom, open space all down there and a shared kitchen (with me the host) on the main level of the house. The living room comes with a projector, equipped with cable, all major streaming platforms and PS4 gaming capabilities, a full spacious bathroom, with a shower, bath tub and toilet (see pictures for details), and the open space has a mini fridge and microwave all down there. Airbnb Guests are should always access the Guest suite/basement through the front main level entrance/exit door of the house (with the access code they would have provided to me) and there is an entrance/exit door(which can also be accessed using the same code provided) on the basement level as well for guests who chose to step out there to smoke or just relax. Guest access The entire Guest Suite/basement level and just the kitchen on the main level (this is the only shared space with me the host). For my guests who choose to use the kitchen during their stay I do ensure they have priority to and enjoy the same level of privacy as well even while they use and access the kitchen. Guest should/can not access any other part of the home.
