The space CITY ID #4162 - TOT PERMIT #7245 Our condominium and your new vacation home is a corner unit on the first floor (of a two story building) that offers easy access and ample open parking with carport (2 parking spaces are allowed per condominium). We are located in Phase 1 of the Mesquite Country Club. We are steps away from a beautiful and inviting pool and hot tub, and a short walk to the New Prescott Preserve and nature trails. We have newly redecorated our 1175 sq. ft. (2 bedroom + 2 bath) condominium with a fresh style and earthy elements of the desert, that gives you all the comforts of home. Again, we are on the ground floor, and we do have neighbors in the condominium above us, so please be respectful of noise levels. PLEASE NOTE: Mesquite Country Club is a private community that respect the privacy of its occupants and its quite, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Throughout the condominium you will find grey ceramic tile, which keeps the unit cooler during the warmer months. Both bedrooms have new triple layer orthopedic foam mattresses for a peaceful nights sleep. Even our sleeper sofa in the living room has orthopedic foam to spoil you. The living room has a 70” HDTV flat screen TV, and in the master bedroom you will find a 50” Smart TV with ROKU to stream your favorite Netflix shows or YouTube videos. Besides basic cable, you have access to HBO and Showtime for your viewing pleasure....and of course we have WiFi. We have a fully equipped kitchen for you to feel right at home, and a dining table that sits 6. We also have a dining table that sits 4 outside on the patio/ balcony for you to enjoy the warm weather and the surrounding majestic desert views. For those evening that you want to enjoy stargazing, we have two patios/ balconies. The main patio/ balcony is off the living room, and can be accessed from the master bedroom as well. The second patio/ balcony is off the second bedroom. You will also find our in-unit full size washer/ dryer off the main patio/ balcony as well as a BBQ. Please know that there are many golf courses located very close to our central location, you must make separate arrangements to schedule your own tee time. Once you have confirmed your reservation, we’ll be with you every step of the way. We will reach out to you with all the property details and necessary entry codes to allow you to enter the gates of the Mesquite Country Club. You will have access to open parking, and there is always parking near the condominium. Please know our unit is only allowed 2 parking spaces.
