Indoor and outdoor activities year around. 4 outdoor and 2 indoor pools, 2 indoor whirlpools, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, walking trails, 2 ponds, Kayaking, canoeing, paddle boating, skiing slope, fitness center, Top of the World Restaurant with great food and amazing view. Just 10 minutes away Bushkill Fall, Pocono Tree Adventure, and many more attractions. Maximum of 2 Pets are welcome under 20 pounds. The space Your safety is our priority. This property features 2 exterior security cameras, on the front and side of the house, all facing out. They do not look into any interior spaces. House sleeps 6 comfortably. If you need more space, you can bring your own air mattress for extra bed, but it will be charge for extra guest. List price rate is for 6 people, each additional person will be $40.00/night per person. Maximum accept total of 7. Beautiful and modern 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master Bedroom is in the 1st floor: 1 queen size bed with closet/Full bathroom with Jacuzzi. Bedroom 2 is on 2nd floor: 1 Full size bed with closet Bedroom 3 is on 2nd floor: 1 Queen size bed with closet On the Loft on the 2nd floor there is a medium size pool table that can be turn into an air hockey game also. Enjoy it playing with family and friends. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishes for special occasions. Coffee maker, Microwave, dishwasher, Electric Stove and oven, Refrigerator and a combo Washer/dryer machine. 6 sitting dining table. On the living room enjoy watching your favorite movie on the 50’ flat-screen smart TV with plenty of apps (you need to be subscriber for it) and some free apps. Propane fire place (available in the fall and winter time), free Wi-Fi, deck, porch, and outdoor gas grill for the BBQ, 4-cars driveway. Enjoy the new fire pit area for roast marshmallows and chilly night. Other things to note Please this is a Smoke free house. It's strictly prohibited smoking in the house. Pets are welcome. Maximum of 2 under 20 pounds. No exceptions. keep pets away from beds and sofas. If any damage a fee will be applied. For your comfort towels and bed linens will be provided. Bring your own towels to use at the pool. We provide 6 amenity badges to use on all facilities inside the community. Kids under 6 do not need badge. There are 4 outside pools open in the summer and 2 indoor pools open in the winter. They are located at different points in the community. You will need to drive about 5 minutes. Must be 25 years old to book This is a very peaceful home where we follow the Saw Creek Community rules. - All guests must be registered at the office to be able to enter the main gate. You will need to provide a list with names, address and phone numbers 5 days prior the check in date. - No activities on the deck or outside of the house after 10:30 PM. - Respect the neighbors not playing loud music that can bother them. - Fire Works are prohibited - During your stay don’t leave garbage outside to prevent rodents and wild animals. - All trashes must be dumped in the dumpster on Decker Road next to Members Office before you check out to avoid community fines. (A map of the local will be available). If any garbage bags are left behind, a fee of $ 100.00 will be charged. Lets keep the rodents away. We try to keep the place safe and pleasant for all.
