It is pleasant and functional, air-conditioned, and can accommodate 4 people max. Located 3 min walk from Saint-Cyprien beach and its shops, 10 min from Porto-Vecchio, 35 min from Figari airport, and close to the most beautiful beaches in the far south. Possibility to enjoy an apartment + vehicle rental package 🏡🚗 The space The apartment is composed of: - A living room with equipped kitchen area (fridge, washing machine, electric stove, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle...). - A living room with dining area, sofa bed, 4K TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi. - A bedroom with a 140 bed and large closets. - A shower room with hair dryer. - A toilet. - A 10 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture. - All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets. Check-in time: Saturday after 5pm. Check-out: Saturday before 10am. Check-out MUST be done in the presence of the host. The property must be returned in the clean condition found. A cleaning deposit of €70 (uncashed check or cash) will be requested upon arrival and returned if the apartment is returned clean. Linens are extra.
