House by the park - Living in Eisenstadt

Our house is located directly at the castle park in Eisenstadt, just a few steps from Esterhàzy Palace and downtown. It offers up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms accommodation for a relaxed and restful stay. Get away from your everyday life. Enjoy Burgenland with all its charms. Where could that be better than in our house with a romantic garden. In the garden you can relax wonderfully, park comfortably and store bicycles. The space The first floor can be reached via the northern entrance from the garden through a small anteroom and a few steps. A hallway leads you to the individual rooms - a bedroom (Rose Room), a living room, a kitchen, pantry, bathroom and toilet. On the second floor - accessible via a staircase - we have set up a second bedroom (chestnut room) for you. In the two bedrooms, a box-spring bed offers comfort for 2 people. Boxes ensure you have enough storage space. In the living room, there is a table with 6 chairs and a seating area. The bathroom is equipped with a sink and a tub, which can alternatively be used as a shower. The kitchen and pantry are equipped with an electric stove, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, etc. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms of the house. In the living room, there is a flat-screen TV with satellite access and a stereo system. The house is heated with gas central heating in the cold season. In the upper bedroom, we have also installed air conditioning. We provide you with bed linens, towels, etc. We will be happy to do your shopping list so that the fridge is already filled upon your arrival. Our house has the following additional amenities that are freely available to you: 4 sun loungers for the garden, 2 garden tables with chairs, 1 garden bench, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, coffee maker with tabs, dishes and cutlery, kettle, tea bags, tabs for dishwashers, garbage bags, garbage boxes, trash cans, hair dryer, piano (chestnut room). We separate garbage. In the house there are garbage cans and garbage boxes for glass, plastic and paper to collect the garbage. In the garden, residual waste, paper and organic waste bins are available for you to dispose of the collected waste. We take care of the disposal of glass and plastic for you! Guest access For your stay, the first floor (approx. 70 m²) and a room on the second floor (approx. 10 m²) of our house as well as the entire garden are at your disposal. Other things to note We provide a linen set (bed linen and towels) per person, which is billed in cash at €10 per person (use and final cleaning) at check-in. A local tax of €4.50 per person (> 18 years) and night must be paid in cash at check-in. We will be happy to take care of your shopping list so that the refrigerator is already filled when you arrive.
