Lochalla Clonakilty. Beautiful, warm private room

ROOM ONLY - NO Breakfast .Cosy private ensuite room,with private entrance & self check in allowing guests to come & go at their leisure. Location: we're just outside the town, the house is on the main N71 road approx 1.7km outside of the town, which takes 15-20min walk on a safe foothpath to the town centre. **We are on the main busy N71 road so naturally there's noise from the road** There's a bus stop less than a 5 min walk. We accept 1 dog in booking setting. The space Beautiful bungalow that offers a private room for guests on the outskirts of Clonakilty town. We are situated on the main Clonakilty to Cork road and within walking distance (20mins) to all town amenities. There is a safe and well lit footpath across the road from our house into Clonakilty town. The pathway Joe Walsh walkway will also bring you to Gullane lake a which you can visit and is only 2 minutes away from our house. The bedroom is warm, bright and spacious. The bathroom is a wetroom is located in the hallway just off the bedroom. It is an electric shower so you will have hot water from the shower on demand. We provide some of the bathroom essentials like shampoo, hand soap and towels. We offer complementary basic tea/coffee making facilities. This is a room only basis so there is no access to any kitchen facilities and no access to the main part of the house. In the room we do have a microwave and kettle. There is a washing machine in the space which is €5 per use. The dryer is available to use at a charge of €10 per cycle. With rising costs of energy these prices we have to put these prices in place. Please chat with us if you want to use any of these facilities. We are on the main road so naturally there is noise from the main road. The room can sleep up to 4 people. There is one king bed and one double futon bed as shown in pictures. Ideally it is most comfortable for 1 to2 people sharing the King bed. As you can see from the photos it is one bedroom, so naturally the space will get smaller and tighter with 3 to 4 people staying. We find people who have booked for 3 to 4 people are those just looking for a night to lay their head down while exploring the Wild Atlantic Way. We are a young family with a toddler and two dogs. While the room is private it's still part of our house and it is not sound proof!! So you might hear a bark, cry or giggle! 😁😁 The room is priced price per 2 person sharing the King Bed. An additional charge will apply if 1 persons sharing wish to have the futon bed set up. Dogs are welcome at an extra charge, please enquire before booking for price! Guest access Private bedroom with Wetroom/bathroom with electric shower. This is room only basis and is closed off from the main body of the house. No kitchen access. Guests have their own private enterance. This allows guests to come and go as they please. During your stay The bedroom and bathroom are private, we keep to ourselves but if you need any information we are available to talk anytime. Other things to note Dogs are welcome at a price per dog, please enquire with us before booking. We have a safe dog area as seen in pictures. Please note that we are on a main road and your dog is your responsibility and must not be left unaccompanied.
