Excellent choice for couples or small groups of 3-4 travelling together. The metro is just a few steps away, while downtown can be reached within 15 minutes walking. The nearest beach can be reached by direct metro line. One metro stop away from Bioparc and in a walking distance from Turia. The space Located at the FIRST floor of residential building with ELEVATOR (NOT a ground floor with entrance from the street like many others): - > One bedroom and one living room (plus a nice SUNNY balcony) can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests ( at the double bed and the expandable couch for two people). - > Private SUNNY balcony for outdoor sitting, lunch or breakfast - > Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, kettle etc. - > De'Longhi coffee machine for coffee lovers (we provide the ground coffee as well!) - > Smart Washing machine with quick wash cycle (14-30-40 min) - > Spacious bathroom with Rainfall shower - > 43 inch Smart TV with possibility to access Youtube and Netflix - > Ice cold Air Conditioner in the living area to cool the whole space in summer / heat it up in the winter; - > High speed Wi-Fi (up to 600 Mbps); - > Soundproof plastic windows with electric shutters for comfortable sleep in the full darkness Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire flat and its amenities during their entire stay. Other things to note The maximum capacity of the apartment is 4 people (including kids of any age). The recommended capacity is 3 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 kids . Please indicate the exact number of people (including kids of any age) while making a reservation. Each extra person (of any age) - 20 Euro per night. The guests travelling with children 0-17 years old, should keep in mind, that apartment's premises and it's facilities (stairs, terraces, shower, kitchen) can be used by children only with assistance of an adult and at adult’s risk and responsibility. Children of 0-17 years old are not allowed to use the apartment unless accompanied by an adult. Pets are allowed to stay if they are well behaved with respect to other guests and residents of the building. Please indicate that you are travelling with a pet at the moment of making a reservation. The pet fee is 20 euro per stay (not per day). We do not have a private parking at the apartment. The public parking at the streets next to the apartment is available free of charge (except a blue zone). You can always find a place there. There is a big public parking lot with free parking as well (3 minutes walk from the apartment). There are several paid garages nearby as well.
