Description
Grange House is a recently refurbished property with three ground floor bedrooms including 2 large doubles (1 with en-suite), a twin bedded room, a family bathroom (with bath) and utility room. Upstairs is a large open plan living/ dining room, a newly fitted kitchen and a snug TV room which includes a bed settee (house can sleep 6-8 people). The property is located in Carleton In Craven, which is a small, quiet village, approx 3 miles from Skipton, which has a shop, pub and playground. The space Grange House is a semi-detached barn conversion in the village of Carleton in Craven. It has been owned by our family for many years and has recently been upgraded to include a new kitchen and bathrooms. It has three bedrooms located on the ground floor, including two large double bedrooms, one of which has a newly created ensuite bathroom, and a twin bedded room. An immaculate family bathroom (with walk in shower and bath) and utility room is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs is a large open plan living and dining room, a newly fitted kitchen and a snug TV room which includes a bed settee (suitable for 2 children or 1 adult). The house therefore sleeps between 6-8 people. Grange House has been designed to provide the living accommodation on the first floor so that the long distance views towards Skipton and the surrounding Dales countryside can be enjoyed. Outside, to the rear of the property is a seating area with table & chairs. Parking is also provided to the rear of the property. Grange House makes a great base for enjoying surrounding attractions including the nearby settlements of Skipton & Ilkley, Harrogate and Leeds slightly further afield. Grange House is an ideal base to explore both The Yorkshire Dales National Park and Forest of Bowland AONB. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire property. All contents within the house are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and DVD player (with a range of DVDs available), the cooking implements, the use of outside table & chairs to the rear of the property, parking to the rear of the property and access to the rear porch. The only exception is the under stairs cupboard where we store cleaning equipment. Other things to note We will email you with instructions a day or two before your stay with details of how to access the key etc. You will then let yourself into the house at your own leisure after 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). A welcome pack including milk, tea, coffee etc is provided on arrival.
