Live Oak Lodge

Enjoy your stay in this 1950s tropical home in a quiet neighborhood only 3 miles from the beach. Two premium beach chairs, rolling cooler, umbrella and more to use during your stay! Hang out surrounded by the tropical plant life in the backyard. Cozy string lights drape the 6 foot privacy fence in the backyard. This is part of a duplex unit (another unit is attached to this one), but everything is private inside and outside. (No pets allowed :-)) The space This Largo home was built in 1956 and is located in a very quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood. It is a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit in a duplex home. It is only 3 miles to Belleair beach, and under 10 minutes south of Clearwater. You will see the canopy of Live Oaks Trees around the neighborhood, which is why we named it Live Oak Lodge. The home is at the end of a dead end street so it provides a peaceful and quiet place to relax. You will feel at home in this tropical sanctuary bursting with plant life indoors and out. There is a table with chairs and an umbrella in the private backyard, so you can take full advantage of the beautiful Florida weather. At night you can relax under the ambience of the globe string lights hung around the fence. The bedroom has a comfortable king size memory foam bed and a 36 inch TV. In the living room is a 55 inch 4K Smart TV. We don't have cable but both TVs are equipped with Netflix, Hulu, and HBO. We have tried to provide all the necessities in the house you will need for your stay from a full kitchen with everything you need to cook, to beach essentials. There is a full size washer and dryer for guests to use in the back of the house. There is parking for up to two vehicles in the driveway. Guest access Guests will have full access to this private home and backyard which is one half of a duplex (two attached units). In the back of the unit is a full size washer and dryer. The driveway can fit two vehicles. Please no parking in the street or yard. Other things to note This is 1 unit of a duplex home so there is one shared wall inside between the two units. We have tried to make both units as private as possible, by putting in a 6 foot privacy fence in the backyard directly between them, so that guests can enjoy their own peaceful backyard space. They both have separate entrances as well.
