Discover Brasov, feeling home away from home, in our newly renovated studio situated at the ground floor of a historical house in the old town, next to the main commercial street. This quiet place is perfect for exploring the city by foot, giving you quick access to everything you might need: grocery stores, bars, restaurants and touristic landmarks. Paid parking is possible on the street (paid 24/7) or in the Regina Maria covered parking lot (7 min. walk from the studio). The space Modern furnished Studio with a comfortable Queen-sized Bed (160x 200 cm) memory foam mattress. A 120 cm long upholstered bench & wardrobe. Full kitchen with induction knob, microwave oven, hot water kettle and toaster. Kitchen ulensils provided: cutlery and dishes. Small fridge with freezer. Bathroom with a shower and ventilation window. WIFI within apartment, digital flat screen TV (basic TV package and Chromecast), washing machine, flat iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Dining table with two chairs. Automatic controlled heating system. No extra bed availability. Is suitable for a couple. Guest access Enter the courtyard (no key needed, just push the door) and go straightaway and stop at the last white door on the left (no.4). Apart from the studio, you also have access to the couryard. You can relax on the bench in front of the studio. Smoking is allowed outside only. Other things to note The studio is in a condominium. Please be considerate of our neighbours: no partying and keep the noise to a minimum during your stay.
