Rental unit in Windermere

The Retreat is a self contained flat attached to our main family home. A former Victorian Presbytery and formerly nunnery we have spent the last 5 years renovating and restoring the property both inside and out. Where possible we have replaced and sympathetically adapted the building to meet todays modern standards. The space The Retreat is totally self contained having its own shower room, kitchen, lounge and large superking 4 poster bedroom. There is a dedicated off road parking space. Situated almost exactly halfway between Windermere and Bowness you can walk to either villages in under 10minutes. We are on a quiet residential road, however we are very close to 2 primary schools. Please note there is an external metal staircase to access The Retreat. Guest access The Retreat is totally self contained and no-one but yourselves will have or need access to the property during your stay. There is a dedicated off road parking space, and small private outside seating area. Please note there is an external metal staircase to access the apartment. Other things to note We are sorry but we do not accept any children, infants or pets. Please note - we have a very strict policy on NO Smoking or Vaping in the property, if you are found to be smoking or vaping in The Retreat you will be asked to leave immediately and there will be a £200 soiling charge. This also includes smoking or vaping out of the windows or in doorways etc.
