Large family farmhouse, change of scenery guaranteed!

Large rustic farmhouse nestled in the countryside in the middle of a park of more than one hectare that will welcome families or groups of friends for weekends or necessarily exotic vacations. Very quiet environment, the estate is fully at your disposal. Guests can take advantage of the entire house, park and private pool (salt treated, secure and heated from June/July/August) 5X11 m. A 100 m² barn also allows large tables in bad weather! The space Old farm, the countryside spirit is everywhere but without compromise on comfort. Night areas are well separated from living areas, everyone can live at their own pace. You will enjoy our family home with all its amenities. Numerous books, DVDs, board games... The secluded secure pool is heated from June to August (pool temperature 25°C minimum, more in case of good weather!). Trampoline, ping pong, swing... and a barn of 100m² (unheated) is attached to the accommodation that allows large tables when the weather is capricious!!! New in 2026: FIBER has arrived! The house can ideally accommodate up to 5 families (about ten adults with children/teens, 5 "adult" rooms and 2 "young" bedrooms). Sleeps up to 18. The number of people present on the site must not exceed the number stated at the time of booking. The organization of a "party" with additional people is NOT ALLOWED. In addition to the 2 conventional toilets in the house, there are dry toilets in the garden! If you've never tried it, it will be an opportunity! City tax is not always included in the rate. We will collect it upon check-in if applicable, it is €0.75 per adult per night! "Well educated" dogs are accepted in a reasonable number and will need to be declared. Be careful though, the land is not enclosed, it is wide open to the countryside and the woods!!! The house does not have a reinforced terminal or plug for charging electric cars. Therefore, vehicle charging is not allowed. Guest access The house, garden of more than one hectare and pool will be exclusively at your disposal. Other things to note The 2-seater beds (5 in number) are 140 X 190 and are each equipped with a blanket, duvet, bolster and two pillows. The single beds (8 in number) are 90 X 190 and are equipped with a duvet and a pillow. Kitchen towels, toilet paper, sponges, condiments are provided. Cleaning and linens are optional, upon request when booking. OPTIONS: - CLEANING: A cleaning kit with product is available in the accommodation. Cleaning at the end of your stay is offered as an option for €200. To be requested when booking. Warning! The cleaning option does not exempt you from making the house tidy and in a suitable state of cleanliness (tidying, vacuum/broom). The cleaning option includes washing floors, kitchen, sanitary facilities and bathrooms). - HOUSEHOLD LINEN: Linens are not provided as standard but as an option upon request and depending on availability (to be validated when booking) at the rate of €15 per double bed and €10 per single bed (sheets/duvet cover/pillowcases and pillow). Towels (1 large and 1 small per person) are available as an option at the rate of €12 per person. All bedding (mattresses/duvets/pillows...) was renewed in 2021. A 7 kg washing machine is available in the accommodation. For babies, a "baby bed", changing table, high chair, potties... It's an old and rustic house, a few low door passages and small windows but that's what gives it all its charm!!! For exclusive lovers of contemporary and modernity, it will not be for you! The house is classified as 3-star FURNISHED TOURIST ACCOMMODATION.
