Salcombe, en-suite room

A light and airy Double/twin en-suite room in Salcombe. There is parking for one car. Set into the hillside of Salcombe, we enjoy superb views of the Estuary at Batson Creek and far-reaching views over the surrounding countryside. It's a 6-8 minute walk down to Salcombe town to the shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. And, of course, Salcombe is the perfect place for days on the sandy beaches, coastal walking, sailing, boating trips, kayaking and paddle-boarding. The space The room, which is on the ground floor, can be let with either a king-size double bed or 2’6” twin beds. It is equipped with Wi-fi, tv/radio, small fridge, complimentary beverage tray and hairdryer. An iron and ironing board are available on request. The en-suite facilities include: electric shower; WC; wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Towels and toiletries are provided. The room is serviced every 3/4 days unless you request otherwise. Fresh towels or further beverage making items will be available on request In addition to their room, guests also have access to the residents’ lounge (equipped with sky tv and cd player) from 10am until 10pm and are welcome to relax in the secluded courtyard. Dogs are extremely welcome but, please note, dogs must be kept under control on a lead in all shared spaces. Breakfast is not included but can be provided for an extra fee (payable locally) and must be pre-booked. During your stay We will endeavour to be available to greet you upon arrival. However, should this not be possible details of the key safe can be provided for self-access. We are always available in the morning and contactable by telephone when not on the premises. Keys to the room and front door are provided.
