Designed for both business and leisure travel, Mikos Suites is a Service Apartment found in the middle of Davao City. Conceptualized to cater a growing generation of young, active, travel savvy and cost conscious clientele. Convenience can't be more true when it comes to our place, because you can find a restaurant, milk tea shop and not to mention those located all around and walking distance from our place. The space This service apartment offers room service and free WiFi. Every room comes with a desk, a TV and a private bathroom. Guest access Guests can access the lobby, the pantry and the elevator Other things to note Our highest priority is the safety of our guests and staff. We strongly remind you to be aware, alert and follow with these health protocols: --Wear mask all the time, it keeps us all safe. --Maintain the acceptable temperature. --Maintain social distance. --Always wash hands with soap & water, alcohol and/or hand sanitizer. --Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth if you haven't washed your hands. --Proper sneezing and cough etiquette. No Vaccination Card, No Entry policy will be applied for everyone's safety and we also made sure that the rooms and common areas are clean and sanitized before you check in. All guests are required to show their valid ID's and vaccination card upon check in. Only vaccinated guests are allowed to check in. Our housekeeping will only be available from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm only. Please book your rooms 2 days before so we will have time to prepare the rooms for you. For long term/monthly staying guests: --We will require a security deposit of P5,000. *Processing time for the reimbursement of the deposit is a maximum of 7 days from check-out date --Upon check out, all the unpaid utilities such as electricity and water should be settled. --Electricity and water bills are not included in the price of the monthly rate These are other reminders to note: -- The houskeeping will entertain the guest. -- Toiletries like soap,shampoo and toothbrush are not provided. -- For hygiene purposes, we suggest you bring your own tumbler. -- No extra bed -- For lost and stolen key cards please notify the housekeeping immediately. -- lost key card will be charged Php 500. -- All rooms are NON-SMOKING. A fine of Php 1000.00 shall be applied for the violation of this rule. --Cooking is not allowed --Pets are not allowed IMPORTANT REMINDER: We strongly advise that visitors are not allowed. This is also for the safety of our other tenants and our staff.
