The best view in Cornwall? We think so! Perched on the sea's edge, this two story townhouse treats you to the best the sea has to offer, whatever the weather! Furnished to a very high standard with fast wifi & a sunny deck also with amazing sea views. There is direct access to Porth beach which is located directly below. In short, this is very nearly the perfect holiday home. If only we could guarantee the weather...!!! The space Located in the 38 acre private Glendorgal estate , there are spectacular cliff-side walks, a lovely deck with great views. There are 3 bedrooms. The main king bedroom is huge, with stunning views over the beach and sea beyond. There is a large en-suite with walk in shower room. In addition there is a further double bedroom upstairs, also with en suite shower room. Downstairs is a single bedroom. There is also a ground floor shower room (not en-suite) perfect for shedding the sand! Make the most of the spectacular winter weather. The property has full gas central heating, so will be warm year round Guest access Owing to severe staff allergies we are unable to accept bookings from guests with dogs or other furry animals. We hope you will respect this request. Other things to note There are steep steps from the car park to the property. This means that it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. During peak seasons and all school holidays (Christmas and New year excepted), this property will have a Friday changeover. Although it may appear that Saturday is free, this is solely due to weaknesses in the availability system on this web site. Our apologies for this. BBQ - due to the corrosive effects of the sea air, especially in winter, the BBQ is available from April to September only Parking – you have one allocated space which is in the small car park, right by the steps leading to the Glendorgal apartments. You will find a laminated parking permit in the apartment, which you should display while parked in your space (please return it to the apartment on departure). If you need more than the 1 car parking space included with your booking. The rental cost is currently £12 per day. You can also do this on arrival. Spaces are limited and are available on a first come first served basis. Payment will be required on booking. Parking is run by the resort freeholder and we have no direct association with them. There is on street parking available within a 5 minute walk of the resort entrance. What we provide - The apartment is well equipped. Pots and pans, dishes, toilet roll, cutlery, bed linen and towels are all provided. We do not provide Shampoo, shower gel, oil, salt or pepper. There is a Tesco a short drive away.
