Welcome Spacious room for one/two people (plus baby bed possible) in a bright apartment located on the banks of the Loire. 2nd floor WITHOUT elevator 5 minutes from the train station, the Cité des C in the city center, all amenities, bus, bike station, one minute from the banks of the Loire. Paid street OR underground parking (Resa at ZENPARK Cherche Midi). A quiet atmosphere a few minutes from the city center, will allow you to decompress. Secure bike garage on the ground floor on the street. Talk to you soon The space Room in a very bright apartment, 1 to 3 people (note the number of guests!). Very comfortable mezzanine bed with staircase and/or OPTIONAL folding sofa (very comfortable mattress) Possibility of a baby bed, high chair... Guests can take advantage of the small protected terrace even in the event of (a little!) rain. Towels and shower gel provided, coffee or tea in the morning. Shared bathroom and kitchen access (microwave and fridge) to heat your dishes Guest access You can warm up your dishes in the kitchen (only access to the microwave and one shelf in the refrigerator) and have your breakfast (I offer tea and coffee...) During your stay I will be happy to host you and inform you about your stay if necessary. Check-out and check-in TIMES can be FLEXIBLE, depending on my availability, we will arrange it.
