I'm renting a room in my apartment, where I live with my mother and two cats. Close to the neighborhood center, there are markets and restaurants nearby, as well as a bus stop in front. You'll love my space for the lighting, with the balcony view of the rising sun and a cozy bed. There are two balconies, without a security screen. The house may have other guests, as I have another room that is not available in the listing. The space Suite with air-conditioning, wardrobe, double bed and large balcony without a security screen. Guest access Access to the kitchen, balcony and bedroom. During your stay Marina (mother) will be in the house all day to better serve you. Other things to note The room can only accommodate 2 people, if you want to rent for 2, select 2 guests when booking. The prices are different. Thank you
