Each apartment has a living room with kitchen, a dining room, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The spacious terrace with pool offers you a breathtaking panoramic view on the countryside and sea. There is also outdoor kitchen and covered area with barbecue and seats. Spread over 400 m2 garden and outside area surrounded by fence and 360m2 interior space. On the ground floor are two garages and on the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary kitchenware and appliances needed. Elegant living room with a big TV - satellite TV. As well, 3 charming bedrooms ( 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom), and 2 bathrooms are situated on this floor. From the kitchen and living room you step out to a beautiful terrace where you have an amazing sea and mountain view while dining. On the second floor of the house you will find modern kitchen, spacious living room, 3 bedrooms ( 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 twin bedroom) and 2 bathrooms. Our private swimming pool is situated in front of the house, secluded with a stone wall and trees. There is also a covered part for dining/ barbecuing and well equipped summer kitchen including ice maker for your cocktails and cold glass of wines. Just in front is a big garden with flowers and a grass field perfect for children to play or just to relax.
