Modern and cosy apartment in the ground floor of a new chalet with an amazing Glacier 3000 view. to come in the appartment floor, there are exterior stairs (20 steps). It has a separate entrance and a private very sunny terrasse of 35 m2. The space The apartment is fully equipped with a big open kitchen with oven, washing machine, dishwascher, TV with Neflix, Nespresso, etc. The bathroom has a bathtub, hairdryer, towels, soap. There are two separated rooms with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room for two more persons. We can provide all equipment for babies too, like baby chair,baby bed, change mattes etc. Guest access The apartment is entirely reserved for our guests, they can also enjoy a terrace of more than 35m2 which is exclusively reserved for them with tables and deckchairs. Other things to note - A fixed fee of 25CHF is required for the loan of the cot and its bedding. This amount is to be paid on the spot and is not included in the package paid on Airbnb. - During winter, if there is a lot of snow, the parking space is not guaranteed. Luggages can be unloaded at the chalet and there is a free public car park of about ten spaces about 3 minutes walk from the house.
