Beautiful apartment in awesome Clinton Hill!

Welcome to our home! A beautiful and spacious apartment on the border of Fort Greene/Clinton Hill/Bed Stuy. Very conveniently located close to everywhere! Approximately 30mins to Manhattan, Greenpoint, Williamsburg, Bushwick, Crown Heights and Prospect Park! We are located two blocks from Pratt in an old pre-war 1901 tenement building. The space We fell in love with this area many years ago and could not believe how lucky we were to find this apartment. The space is located on the third floor (two flights of stairs) of an old tenement building from 1901 and quite spacious. Its cute and quirky, historical and charming, and lovingly maintained :) We love old vintage 1950s and 1960s items and tried to curate the apartment to represent that. The apartment features high ceilings, natural light and lots of lamps and antique wall sconces to give a nice variety of light to match any mood. Theres excellent sunlight in the kitchen/dining room and bathroom and a variety of lamps in the living room to help keep it light and bright. Although every room has windows, the living room window and bedroom window face each other through an alley, so the sunlight isn't as vibrant. The apartment also has a large nautical themed bathroom and a separate kitchen and dining area. In the winter our home is very well heated and regulated by the city. In the summer we use window units and fans - as it’s an old building. This might not be the right fit for someone seeking more of a hotel/condo experience. But perfect for a lovely authentic New York one! This is our home, so you know we love it :) Our home is shoeless (see "nice and clean") and we have a cleaning lady who will come before your stay and spruce it up! We will also provide fresh linens, information on surrounding places and have wifi and roku set up for you to enjoy. We are two blocks from Pratt Institute and from the G train or approximately 10-15 minute walk to all major subway lines dependent on your stride. In general it is 20 - 30 minutes by car or subway to Manhattan and walking distance to other parts of Brooklyn, BAM, The Barclay Center, and local restaurants, bars and markets. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole apartment as we will be away during your stay. The apartment is a two bedroom and our room will be closed off during your stay. We are looking to rent to a couple or individual who would only need the one bedroom and we could store our belongings in the studio to give you more space during your stay.
