This 1425 square foot townhome is beautifully furnished with hardwood floors and granite countertops. The private oceanfront patio has a table with umbrella and lounge chairs and a gas barbeque. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and wonderful ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen bed, separate bathroom, and its own private patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with regular-size appliances and all utensils and supplies. Linens and towels are provided including beach towels. The laundry room with washer and dryer is located inside. The living room has a 40 inch HD TV, satellite cable, DVD, and stereo. The home has wireless high-speed internet access. Beach chairs and boogie boards are provided to enjoy at the beach. Other things to note A minimum stay of one week is required. All guests must be at least 13 years of age. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Rates vary between $300 to $500 per night depending on the season. Additional charges include 10% City occupancy tax and $145 cleaning fee. There is also a $500 security deposit. The owner's rental agreement must be signed.
