The space The house is a 2 story modern open concept layout with 3 bedrooms (4 beds & futon), 2 full bathrooms, a crib setup, fully stocked kitchen, 2 lounge/living room areas, recreation room, office space, 2 large decks (front & back), children's sandbox with toys, fire pit, 3 smart TVs to allow NETFLIX, YouTube, Disney and other app sign in (you must provide your own sign in). Guests will also have access to the garage with fooseball and ping pong tables, and corn hole boards for outdoor recreational activities. Guest access Guest have private access the entire guesthouse, detached garage, and entire property.
