In-law apartment in Farmington River Cottage

If you are craving a getaway with a special someone, this space is meticulously clean and an opportunity to practice social distancing while relaxing and enjoying the Farmington River. Only 15 minutes from Bradley airport, 5 minutes from the train and I91. Nature, dining, all within a comfortable drive. You get it all here! Private space with its own entrance, one bedroom and newly updated bathroom, a cozy living room with fireplace in a Garden Level Unit. Off street parking available. The space In a addition to a comfortable bedroom with one full size bed and a full private bathroom, you will have a small fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. There is also a small crock pot and an electric induction burner for cooking small meals. There is a gas grill outside, which we can share. In addition to al fresco dining setup there is a counter height table with two stools and also two very comfortable couches for eating in front of the tv or fire place, or for napping! Guest access You will have complete privacy in this one-bedroom mini apartment with an electronic lock for safety and convenience. There is a security camera outside as well. While there is no full kitchen, you will have access to the basics, as well as wonderful outdoor space. There is WiFi, and tv programming through streaming. Other things to note Please note that there is no full kitchen, there is a sink is in the laundry room and one induction burner and the grill outside. There is also a dehumidifier running constantly, which may need to be emptied while you are there. If full, let me know and I will take care of it, or I can show you what to do, it is easy enough. If it stops running and you don't realize it, nothing will happen, it only impacts how cool the air feels. For people wishing to stay for longer than a week, laundry will be shared with me.
