This lovely 3 bedroom home has been recently renovated and is fully furnished. For your comfort we provide bedding, a coffee machine, free hi-speed wi-fi and Bluetooth speaker. The house has a fully fenced back yard and is pet friendly. The study has a second TV and couch, great for kids viewing. The house has a large covered veranda around 3 sides of the house. The back veranda has seating and a BBQ, the front has comfy outdoor furniture and overlooks the country hills. The space Enjoy the quiet country life style as this house looks over the country hills. For train and railway enthusiasts, the Junee railway museum is walking distance. Guest access 3 bedrooms, 1 study, 1 bathroom, 1 outdoor mud room, Laundry with washing machine and dryer. 2 outdoor spaces with large BBQ. Plenty of parking for cars. Other things to note PETS. We are a pet friendly house but there needs to be some rules. Pets are allowed but need to be kept out of the carpeted areas of the house, this being living room and bedrooms. The kitchen, dining and laundry areas have hard floors, this is the areas pets are permitted. There is a door that can be closed between the dining and lounge room carpeted areas to keep the fur babies out. There is also the “mud room” outside that the pets can be in.
