The apartment is located on the second floor of an Art Nouveau house built in the early 1900s, completely renovated respecting the characteristics of the time and divided into 6 apartments for your holidays. The new and vintage-style furniture keeps the slightly retro flavor of the house intact, making each space special and unique. The entrances are opened with a code for easy check-in. We have a space for the storage of motorcycles, bicycles or other. The space The apartment is a single, large space of about 35 square meters, where there is a double bed or 2 single beds, possibility to add a third bed, kitchenette equipped with dishes and pots, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, electric kettle, trash cans for separate collection, ironing board and iron, bed linen and towels. 40" TV with terrestrial and satellite connection, free WIFI throughout the house and in the common areas, large and bright bathroom. Air conditioning. A balcony with partial lake view makes the apartment very bright. We also have an adjacent garage for storing motorcycles, bicycles and strollers. If necessary, the apartment can communicate with another apartment of the same size, both can be rented for large families or couples of friends. Pets are welcome upon request. Guest access The apartment is located in a building renovated in June 2018 and fully used for tourist accommodation. It is centrally located with respect to all services: 100 m from the jetty for boats, 50 m from the supermarket, 50 m from the bus stop and 50 m from the coin-operated laundry The building consists of 6 apartments, it can be rented in whole or in part for a total of 18 beds. Some apartments are connected for families of 4/5 people or groups of friends who want to be together at certain times of the day and still maintain their privacy. Apartment "A" on the ground floor is barrier-free and has a bathroom suitable for the disabled. The house has an adjacent space for the storage of motorcycles, bicycles or strollers. The entrance doors are opened with a code. We do not have private parking, but there are numerous free parking lots. Group parties are not allowed.
