The Center - everything worth seeing is just near by and yet in very calm street. Neighborhood's architecture is traditional, and apartment used to be a donkey's stable. You can get best of Split rather you like sightseeing or city's (night)life. The space Small (23m2 in total) but well organised and equipted apartment with spacious bedroom (13m2), kitchen and bathroom. Guest access Entire place is just for you. The whole ground floor is this apartment so there are only neighbors above on the first floor with who you don't share any common space for bothering your privacy. Other things to note If you are not into traditional architecture, and you dislike narrow streets of mediterranean dense urban matrice (no sunlight in apartment) - best booking for you should be quite out of city's old town or highly expensive - in that case, my listing is not for you. My listing is for all people who don't mind being on the ground floor & experiencing old town's neighbourhood in small space.
