2.5-room apartment with kitchen (39 square meters) Ideal for up to 3 people or a family with 2 children. The sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guest is 140 centimeters wide. Great location for excursions by train/car. You can reach Bern, the Bernese Oberland (Jungfrau region / Interlaken), Lucerne with Lake Lucerne (Rigi / Pilatus), the Rhine Falls near Zurich, or Lake Geneva (Montreux) and the Jura region. Early check-in on arrival day / late check-out on departure day The space Available on Airbnb again permanently from May 2026. The apartment remains unoccupied for at least one day between each rental. Therefore, a late check-out is possible. The parking space (free) is located directly in front of the entrance - please never park in front of the garage. Zollbrück train station (direct connection to Bern and Thun in the Bernese Oberland without changing trains) is 300 meters away. The apartment is on the ground floor of a single-family house (only one small step between the living room and bedroom). In the living room there is a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed (140 cm wide) for the 3rd and 4th guest. With four adults it becomes somewhat tight, including at the table in the living room. The small bedroom (double bed, 160 cm wide) is located between the living room and the bathroom. The apartment is unfortunately not suitable for guests with a wheelchair (door width between living room and bedroom as well as bathroom). If you would like a baby bedside cot and/or a folding bed for a toddler, please inform us early. Several restaurants, two bakeries and a bar can be reached in the village. In the village there is also a butcher shop, the large Jakob-Markt shopping center, a VOI (Migros) and the Landi. There are hiking trails in all directions (a hiking trail is located directly behind the house) and the hilly Emmental is a paradise for cyclists. Special offer for people with disabilities: The apartment is perfect for blind joggers. Remo is a trained blind jogging guide, and several accompanied training sessions per week are included in the rental price. You can charge your electric car at the private e-charging station (Smartfox Pro-Charger, 11 kW, approx. 10 kW/hour, 50 Rp./kW). Please inform us in advance so that you can get access. Other things to note Please note: Internet: On the table in the living room, in the bedroom and in the kitchen the reception is perfect. Access points will be installed in spring 2026 for perfect connection throughout the entire apartment. In the bedroom behind the curtain you will find a foldable clothes horse. Please do not leave towels damp so that they do not smell musty. If you would like a replacement for the towels, please let us know. We would like to fill a whole washing machine if possible.
