Located on a quiet street the heart of the Boulevard Historic District, you can walk to Downtown or Normaltown in just 10 minutes. This house has two bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, covered front porch and back deck. Wonderful neighborhood restaurants and yoga studio, and school with playground are just a block away. This is the perfect place to stay for friends, couples and families. Mature, well-behaved dogs (2 max) are allowed for an additional fee of $50, or $100 per week for longer stays. The space This house was built in 1900. The living room floors are original to the house and the house retains many of its original architectural features. The kitchen and pantry is stocked with most of the essentials you need to cook a gourmet meal. Enjoy eating off of handmade dishes made by the owner and other local potters.—- don’t worry everything is dishwasher safe! Please do not allow pets on beds or furniture. We are happy to provide a dog crate or baby gate if needed. Repairs for any notable pet damage will be expected to be paid for by guest!
