The Cottage on Blueberry Hill

Originally a Lodge for a Boy Scout Camp in the 1930s, the Cottage is a wonderful destination for those seeking a quiet country retreat. Located near Stockport, there is direct access to the Muskingum River via a short walking trail. Fishing (license required) is permitted at one of the best spots on the River. There are over 2 miles of maintained hiking trails on the property. The space The Cottage itself has a spacious living room with a large stone fireplace, original from the Boy Scout Lodge days. Perfect for relaxing in front of the fire. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the bunk room has 2 extra long twin bunks. The huge bathroom features a large soaking tub, big enough for 2, in addition to a separate shower. A large, fully furnished kitchen rounds out this spacious, yet cozy cottage. Rollaway bed and cot are available upon request for additional guests. A deck off the back of the cottage, a large front porch and the fire pit area provide plenty of areas to enjoy the beautiful outdoor surroundings of the cottage as you relax. The 5 person hot tub is located in a private, relaxing space in a separate building just 30 feet away. Guest access Entire house Other things to note NEW!!!
