Close to all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, laundromat, etc.) The space The studio is located on the 6th floor (with elevator) of a quiet and secure residence (small plus of the elevator, it is a stone's throw from your door). The modern and functional decor has been designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible, as well as the amenities. The living room is equipped with a double bed (140 x 190) The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. A hairdryer and straightener are also available. The renovated and fully equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, glass-ceramic stovetops, a raclette machine and a lift-up table to play budding cooks and enjoy good Orléanais gourmet dishes. A kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker are also available for your convenience. After a good walk along the Loire, or a good day of work, relax on the sofa in front of your favorite series! You have high-speed internet Wi-Fi for unlimited access! Books and tourist brochures are also available to enhance your stay. In the studio, everything is there to make you feel at home :) Our little extras: we provide an iron and ironing board, as well as a drying rack. Linens and towels are provided and the bed is carefully prepared for your arrival. Bed linen and towels are maintained in the laundry. • Coffee, tea and sugar are offered for the first morning. • To start your stay, some basic consumables are available (shower gel, toilet paper, garbage bag, sponge, dishwashing liquid). Guest access For parking, you have access to a small private and secure parking space in the residence (not suitable for SUV vehicles) To walk around the region, there is nothing like taking advantage of transportation (LOUIS BRAILLE tram 50 m from the residence) or a nice walk... and yes, we are only a 10-minute walk from the city center of Orléans!
